Bid Portal Home Page

Step1
Navigate to the UConn Health Center Bid Portal at
http://bids.uchc.edu.
Click on screen to see enlarged view.
Step2
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Register to
Submit Bids.”

Enter the required information and click “Send Invitation.”

Step4
A registration email will be sent to you.

Bid Portal Invitation
Step1
Follow link in invitation email to
http://home.uchc.edu.

Step2
Login using the username and password found in your
invitation email.

Step3
You will be taken to your Bid Portal page.

Supplier Registration
Step1
Click on “Online Bid” to continue registration.

Step2
Complete the required information and choose the commodities
you wish to be subscribed to.

Step3
Click “Submit” on the bottom of the page.
Step4
Read the HIPAA page and choose whether it applies to you or
not.

Supplier registration is now complete and you will be taken to
the “UConn Health Center Online Bid Submission” page.
